The parts that repeat
A tournament platform and a ride-hailing app look nothing alike and share most of their hard problems. These are the ones we have already solved more than once.
Payments that work outside the US
Stripe and Apple Pay for global markets, KNET, MyFatoorah and Tap for the Gulf — seven payment gateways running in production across our commerce builds. Multi-vendor checkout, wallets, split payments and vendor payouts are all shipped patterns, not roadmap items.
Bilingual and right-to-left from the start
English and Arabic with full RTL layout ships in four of our six verticals. Retrofitting RTL into a product built left-to-right is expensive; building for it up front is not.
Real-time as a default, not a feature
Live leaderboards, driver tracking, dispatch, inventory sync and provider matching are the same socket infrastructure wearing different clothes. We have shipped it for match-day traffic, for ride-hailing across eight countries, and for marketplace reservations.
Trust and verification built in
Provider KYC, driver onboarding, vendor verification, ratings and trust-and-safety systems recur in on-demand, logistics and marketplace work. Two-sided platforms fail on trust before they fail on features.
AI features in production, not in demos
Camera-based body analysis, mood tracking, health-risk insight, matching and recommendation engines — all live in shipped products. We also take AI-generated prototypes and turn them into something maintainable.
Platforms that scale past the pilot
One of our marketplace builds runs 2,000+ cooperatives on a single platform. Government-scale and B2B trade workloads have different failure modes than consumer apps, and we have shipped both.
Questions we get first
- What if my product does not fit neatly into one of these six industries?
- Most do not, and that is usually fine. A gym booking platform with a marketplace of trainers and a delivery arm touches three of these verticals at once. The six are how we group what we have shipped, not a list of what we will accept. If the underlying capabilities — bookings, payments, matching, real-time tracking — are ones we have built before, the label matters less than the mechanics.
- Why only six industries?
- Because these are the ones where we have shipped enough to be useful beyond writing code. In a vertical we know, we can tell you which features earn their build cost and which ones clients regret paying for. Outside it we would be guessing, and guessing is expensive on someone else's budget. We would rather say so than take the project.
- Do you have real domain experience, or do you just build to spec?
- Both, and the difference shows up in scoping. Every capability listed on the six vertical pages names the product it shipped in — Cataleague for tournaments, iTaxi MX for ride-hailing, BBX Connect for B2B trade. That means the estimate comes from something we have already built rather than from a guess about how long it might take.
- Can you work with regulated or sensitive data?
- We build privacy-first in healthcare and wellness, including HealthKit and Google Fit sync and clinic dashboards. Specific compliance regimes — HIPAA, GDPR, local health data rules — depend on your market and where the data lives, so that is a conversation to have during scoping rather than a checkbox to claim up front.
- Which vertical should I start from if I am comparing agencies?
- Open the one closest to your product and read the capability list. Every item names a shipped product. If three or four of them describe features on your own roadmap, we have built most of your product before in some form, and the estimate you get from us will reflect that rather than a discovery phase.
